ReplyDeleteFlaite is the style that teenagers follow the most in Chile, they wear clothes very comfy, usually sportswear of known brands like Adidas, Nike, Puma, Reebok, etc.
They listen reggaeton, cumbia and bachata. About their ideologies i don't have knowledge but, I think they're some knaves and pretend being thugs.
I know many flaites but, truly I don't have any buddy that follow this trend.
In my case, I don't follow any tendency, I just have my own style that I can't decribe it broadly but, it's sure that is weird and particular.

ReplyDeleteThe most famous Urban Tribe are the "Flaites", tipical adolescent that try to instil through the fear or their roughness, they normally use brands to get dressed like: Nike, Adidas, Jordan, etc. In the case of girls, their pants usually have "Push-Up" and a lot of buttons. Both of them use a lot of piercings. Their Music style is Reggeaton and Cumbia. In fact, their group of friends have the same Urban Style and they met up to go to a Party or meetings in squares or parks, a few o them smoke weed or drink alcohol. The majority of them are catholics and very faithful, their handwritting and speech aren't the good ones. I have friends that they are Flaites and their style is the mentioned before.

They use Black clothes, and in few occasions bracelets of with significant colors for them, example: the rose they use it to differ when they have tried to commit suicide. The choices of music are those who speak about "depresion" or express what they feel like "bring me the horizon". They are small spirited, and they tend to ser in typical meetings in the parks, since in Santiago, in the park O'Higgins. I'll say goodbye for the present.

I don't like this style and i think that i don't have a defined style yet.
Javier Ignacio Espinoza Olguín: The flaites tribe are most common in Chile, they wear designer clothes nike, puma, adidas, etc. The flaites listen to reggaeton and they have unusual haircuts, like the “Moicano” or the Indian hairstyle. They write poorly. I hate this tribe, because it is the opposite to me. I think that I have any style in particular because I don't follow any of these and also called me attention.

ReplyDeleteIn my opinion the most popular urban tribes in chile is or are the "Flaites" some of the most common characteristics of this tribe, which occupy only branded clothing (usually the mark note too on clothing, they are also one of Adidas or Nike), their speech is different than ordinary people speaking, they do not pronounce words well or invent new words, and misspell. The music they listen varies between reggeaton and cumbia. Usually have many piercings on the face (such as eyebrows, mouth, tongue, lips and nose), I do not think they have any specific ideology, but are more people who like to dress strangely, speak no evil, and listen to music anywhere place (especially in a bus, without headphones). Personally I have about 3 friends who might belong to this "urban tribe". I think my style is a mix of everything, I have not seen or act according to a specific tribe, but have more my own style.

The clothes they use are skninny jeans, beanies, Glasses and a lot of bracelets.
They ideology is to be different in the society.
The Hipsters listen indie or alternative music like Lana del Rey, Arctic Monkeys Or Florence and the machine.
I don't have friend that follow this urban tribe And i don't have a Style yet.

Teacher in my opinion the urban tribe what is trending in CHile is otakus, because most People who i see in the school or in the events of games, anime, etc, are like that, usually they dresses with "normal" clothes, but some people wear accessories like the anime they like, Japanese uniforms and cosplay. The music they listen are korean groups or the openings of the animes. They don't have a ideology. I have friends who likes the urban tribe, but I don't like very much. I dont know my style, are so much!.

Culture similar to emos,but based more os aesthetics and view of life more positively. The pokemon emerged in Chile at around year 2006-2008,together with the emos,are widespread especially in Latin America. They are generally known as POKEMON,As a tribe derived from emos,dressed almost alike. Tha main difference is that clothes are colorful,with bright pants and brightly colored accessories. The Pokemon inherit many of their ideas if the emos,differing from thise that see life from a positive point of view.

Now days i dont even know what trends people are following, but i remember that in 2012/2013, the hipsters were the main trend with their galaxies and mustaches, i never really liked that trend mainly because it was stupid, because as you may know, they wanted to be original but they ended up being all the same. Personally, i dont follow any trend, but i wish i did, theres this trend that i really love but idk how its called.

I have a friend who follow this style, but he is not going to events. I do not like this style, because I do not like going to parties, and I do not like the clothes they use.
