I think my healthy food favorite would broccoli and beterraga, and my junk food favorite would be the chocolate, ice cream and Oreo cookies (also pizza) .In conclusion I think I eat well almost.

Also I get to run on Sunday.To my I love french fries, "empanadas" , lasagna, ice cream but never use these things. The fruits that I like are the BlackBerry, strawberry, mango, pineapple, banana, raspberry, Orange, Apple and blueberry, all these the consumption with the smoothie

ReplyDeleteWell, I have a diet more or less balanced. I as principally vegetables and abundant vegetables, rarely as fruits and almost never as food scrap. I give them thanks to my parents for teaching good habits to me to never have obesity, you prop always I play sports and nape will stop doing it. Though I am never charmed with it the sandwiches and the hot dogs almost as, because of it I consider myself to be a healthy person.
I habitually eat food healty as the fruits, vegetables, etc. But equal occasionally I like to eat food scrap as the ice creams, you eat fried among other things more, due to the fact that they are very delicious. But I prefer eating fruits since it is healthier and also because it does better. Also in the week I play sports: since going out to trot, to play, and to do bicycle.

Other fruits are rich in potassium, fluoride and iron, etc... I eat fruits and vegetables every day like banana, orange, kiwi, apple, cucumber, salad, etc

I like junk food, too. Fast food is tasty and saves time, is easy on the pocket, but, is high in calories and low in nutritive value…Anyway, it’s so yummy.
I eat unhealthy food very often like chocolate, french fries, pizza, etc.

ReplyDeleteI habitually as the healthy food such as the vegetables and the fruits, especially the apples, pear, kiwi, banana and orange. I take a natural juice every day, beside going out to trot every Saturday and to dance in house. Also I like very much the food scrap and because of it every Sunday I am accustomed dads eat fried or hamburger, between my favorites the lasaña and ice cream.
Hello very well, in this occasion there has been asked me to speak on my food habits, and to saying truth they are varied enough, for the fact of consuming all kinds of food in the necessary quantities, probably they might be my disorders on having eaten, since they it are the hours. My shown restraint though I do not like what is named the "favouritism", I like favorites the pastas, everything what it has to see with that one fascinates me. My more habitual eaten ones, are changed, to which it might name him as a " balanced supply ". Up to soon.

ReplyDeleteI am charmed with the fruits, especially the oranges and apples. More or less 2 times a week I take a juice that my mom prepares with betarragas, carrot, apples between other fruits. Every day I do exercises with my sister and mom in house, apart from dancing cueca on Friday for 5 hours. It might not say that I have "favouritism" of any food, but if I have to choose anyone he would say that it is the lasagna and also the mash, but not how so followed.

I like very much the fruits, I love the strawberries and the apples; every day after coming from the college as fruit, but sometimes as food scrap two times a week. * I eat mashed potatoes. I also eat leutils with french fries. Y eat sausage and noodles, but not every day. I like rice too. Sometime, I eat salad suchas lettuce, corn, fish.

ReplyDeleteI love eating junk food any kind i like, i haven't met anybody who doesn't like junk food. but the downside about it is that its really unhealthy and can cause you sickness like diabetes,cancer etc.but i like healthy food too like green apples, cabbage,lettuce etc, these are really are good for you it gives you vitamins that can help your body. i eat junk food like 3 times a week and i eat healthy food like 2 times a week.

I eat a lot of fruits like apple and orange because are easy to eat.
Also I love the lettuce and onion with lemon, I eat this kind of food approximately three times a day, I also do a lot of exercise. I consider myself to be a healthy guy.
