I love music, that’s a fact. That’s why I found very difficult defining ONE festival as my favourite, because there are so many in the whole world, and a lot of them are actually good! But after thinking it I decided that my favourite one is the Glastonbury Festival, which takes place in London since de 70’s. It lasts 5 days, and it includes indie rock, alternative rock, some pop and even hip-hop… some headliners I liked in the past years include Muse, Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian, Metallica and Gorillaz. And yes, if you’re wondering… IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE and it hurts to know that I’m not there every year :(

in my opinion the best music festival is Tomorrowland, this is an electronic music festival that celebrates in Belgium since 2005. In this festival only electronic music is played, this quite expensive festival runs about 130,000 pesos entry per day . In this festival we can see big DJs like Steve Aoki, David Guetta, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Martin Garrix among others.

The setting alone is enough to coax hordes of people to Sasquatch! As the main stage is literally on the precipice of a giant cliff overlooking a majestic gorge. For me i think the sasquatch is the best festival, because of the location, creativity and musical diversity, also how could it not be the best festival if it sold out in a record 90 minutes in 2013?

in my opinion the most interesting festival who i know is the ¨festival de viña del mar¨ because is the because it is the only one I know. this festival gathers different types of music and it's considerated the best and most important of the american country. throughout the years it has had different presenters but not all They have managed to steer. in this festival we have differents types of music, for example reggeaton,bachata folklor,romantic, and and it is also known for bringing humorists to the stage. in my opinion in this festival romeo santos is a superstar, here have the link of one of the three appearances in this festival

ReplyDeleteIt is a carried out in Viña Valparaiso, Chile, this is a festival wich present different artist of Chile and other countries, every year change the artist that act in this festival.
This festival present different shows, for example dance, sings, comedy shows and others. The style of music are pop, rock, folk, etc.
The “Festival de Viña” is in summer in the moth of February, this festival marc the finish of vacation of summer.

ReplyDeleteI need to say that music is my life, I know so much music festivals but I think that the best is the IHeartRadio Music Festival, it's a two-day festival of "Las Vegas" and "Nevada" since 2011.
ReplyDeleteIn this festival you can see the most popular artists in a genre, then you can hear all genres of music, but is more probably that you will going to hear pop, rock, hip-hop or electronic music.
The artists are different all the years, because all the year arrive to the world of the music new artists, for example the last year came to this festival artists like Nicki Minaj, David Guetta, Ariana Grande, Magic!, Iggy Azalea and more.
Talking about prices, it's expensive for the type of artist and the exciting experience, but the tickets are in downward trend with the years.

The best festival of music is "The Ultra festival",in Miami,United States..It's a festival of the electronic music in which the best dj's of the world come, or rather,the crème of the crème,for example some dj's as:David Guetta,Nicky Romero,Avicii,Nervo,Skrillex,Hardwell,Martin Garrix,The House mafia.Afrojack,Armin Van Buuren,etc. I think that the best edition of the festival was The Ultra Festival 2014.

In my opinion the most entertaining festival of music is Ultra. This one combines electronic music, lights, dance, and big dj's those who transform this one into one of the best festivals of the world. This festival is celebrated in more than ten countries being the principal USA with the great festival celebrated in Miami, where there appears the best dj's of the whole world, such as: Skrillex, Hardwell, David Guetta, Kill the noise, Knife Party, Avicii, Calvin Harris, etc.

I love good music, and for this, It’s hard to choose only one.I like the Montreux Jazz festival, It is made in Switzerland and its length is of 3 days. It’s made on the lake Geneva shoreline in Montreux. Some of the genres that you could listen to, are the Jazz,blues,swing,soul, rock and pop with big and renowned musicians performing in the same place, such as BB King,Bill Evans, Ella Fitzerald,Miles Davis, Van Morrison, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Eric Clapton and many more. The festival is a little expensive but isn’t out of reach. I wish I could attend some day to listen to good jazz and to know to other music lovers.

My favorite festival is Summerfest. It is an annual music festival which is carried out in Milkwoukee, Wisconsin. The festival lasts for eleven days, is made up of eleven stages with performances of more than seven hundred bands!!!! And since the 70's it has been active from late June to early July, usually including the 4th of July holiday.

The festival of music that i like is the viña's festival, this is a big festival in which are present different kind of music like rock, pop, etc. In this festival are present singers and bands of different parts of the world; some of these were Jonas Brothers, Reik, Romeo Santos, Ricardo Arjona, Daddy Yankee, among others. Besides of these presentations and the comedians that present his routines;there are singers or musicians that will participate in the folk competition showing his songs for win this competition. The viña's festival is expensive, but if you like the artist to be presented it will be worth.

One of my favorite festivals is The Woodstock festival, but it doesn't exists anymore. It was held in New York, southwest of the town Woodstock. At this festival used to attend around 400.000 young people to see more than 32 performances in four days, which were the days the festival fuctioned.
ReplyDeleteIt was active since 1969 to 2009, and one of its epics acts was when The Rolling Stones performed! I think the coolest bands/singers who have been there are Santana, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Joni Mitchell, etc. I like them because they make some badass and phenomenal music and here's my favorite performance of them all. From my point of view the best music festival in the world is the Glastonbury festival. In this festival we can listen to a lot of music genres like: rock, pop, rock, indie and electronic music. This spectacular show takes place at Pilton, Somerset, England. General admission full weekend tickets (valid from Wednesday 24th June to Monday 29th June) for Glastonbury Festival cost 220 euros + 5 euros booking fee per ticket. Finally, in this festival we can see artists like Coldplay, U2, Gorillaz, Oasis, Muse, Paul McCartney, Beyoncé, Kasabian, etc.

ReplyDeleteFirst I don’t like a music festival, because I don’t have the culture of the music, but I know about different festival, for example Rock in Rio, Lollapalooza, Tomorrowland, Rockslide, etc. I think that everything goes in the idiosyncrasy, because people that different festival are showy or interesting, everything is in the taste of people, for example a person who likes Rock, they can’t think that a Reggae Festival is good, or a K-Pop festival, to say something.
Now If you ask me my favorite festival, My answer is like “I don’t have a favorite festival, but I like Reggae’s Festivals”, for example Reggae Rising, Reggae on River, Wonder Dream Concert, and others. But I don't know much about the characteristic of the festival, for example the price, dates, etc. My principal knowledge is in the genre and artist for example Ziggy and Damian Marley, Pablo Moses, UB40, Fidel Nadal, Gondwana, and others exponents of Reggae

Well, in my opinion the Vina del Mar Festival is considered the largest event in Latin America and the most important of America. It takes place in the Quinta Vergara which is in the region of Vina del Mar. This event is held in February for 5 days.

For my part, I have never been to a festival: c, but by television festival Vina del Mar looks spectacular, I think their level of production is the best of all Latin America. This festival is adapted economically to all those who enjoy music, humor, etc. This festival is held in the city of vineyard. Artists are according to what people ask or program that this in charge of this event. music genres are varied for this event you hear from Voleros to reggaeton.

Personally, I don’t have any favorite festival, but if some day I have the opportunity to go to one, I would go to Mysteryland. This festival takes place in many countries, specially in the Netherlands. If you go to this festival you can hear electro, hardcore, hardstyle, techno, house, urban, and hip hop music. It is very expensive since is it goes from $35000 pesos to $300000 pesos. In Mysteryland you can see many artists such as Laidback Luke, DJ Raff, DJ Bibman, DJ Caso, Daniel Klauser among others.

I love differents styles of music, that is a fact, but talking about music festivals I will choose Rock in Rio festival.
ReplyDeleteRock in Rio is an event originating in Brazil, is a recurring music festival located in Rio de Janeiro. It later branched into other locations such as Lisbon, Madrid and Las Vegas.
The genres of this festival are rock, pop, indie, heavy metal, that does not mean that these are the only genres that we can see, it is just that these are the most representatives.
In the history of this festival we can see a big variety of artists, the more representatives are Queen, Amy Winehouse, SOAD, AC/DC, etc, the important of this festival is the big variety of artists with differents genres is for that reason that a lot of people likes this festival.The price of this festival is not much expensive.

In my opinion the most wonderful and amazing festival that I know is Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. It is located in the Inland Empire's Coachella Valley in the Colorado Desert. This festival features many genres of music, such as rock, indie, hip hop, and electronic music, with artists like Muse, Lorde, Beck, Neutral Milk Hotel, Calvin Harris, Motörhead, Haim, Bastille, Foster the People, Ellie Goulding,, Kid Cudi, Lana Del Rey, The 1975 and Arcade Fire. All of this sounds fantastic but if we talk about money you need between $300 to $500 to buy one ticket and I'm not going to talk about vip tickets :c

I don't know much about festivals but I really like "Festival del Huaso de Olmue". It is a national one, where people from other countries can come as well. This festival takes place in Chile, and obviously, in Olmue. It first edition was in 1970s, but it has been transmitted on tv since 1984 by different national channels, such as UCV Television, TVN, Chilevision, and Canal 13.

Yeah, certainly the music is a topic that can get closer to us and is something "indispensable" for some people, i'm included in this list, cause the music has a very important work, which is help us to show our emotions.However, for me is more comfortable listen to my favorites musicians in the safety of my home and don't pay a lot of money for a really expensive ticket for listen and watch something that can be free in my computer. Although if someone gives me a free ticket to go a festival of my choice, i think that can be funny go to a country or folk festival of USA, you know, with farmers, weird lyrics and the like, i think that "country Jam" can be interesting, or another but the most important is the presence of "Rednex" band xD they are amazing...and weird lol.

In my opinion, the best music festival is Mysteryland, an electronic dance music festival. This festival takes place at three countries: USA, Chile and Netherlands, but is always located in a beautiful forest on the respective countries. In this festival we can listen to a lot of music genres like: Electronic Dance, other Electronic genres, Urban, Hard dance and Hip Hop. This fabulous festival is a little bit expensive, but you will not regret of buying the tickets. The cheaper ticket cost one hundred dollars and the most expensive tickets cost around five hundred dollars. The artists that we can see in this festival are: David Guetta, Avici, Calvin haris , Martin Garrix, NERO, Nicky Romero, Porter Robinson, Steve Angello, Ummet Ozcan, Wildstylez, and many others. So, you better hurry and buy a ticket for this wonderful festival!

Well, in my opinion my favorite festivals are Coachella, Rock in Rio, Hangout Music Festival, etc. and one of the best music festival is BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend founded by BBC Radio. It is held once a year in many dates, in different location to United Kingdom, it is a free ticked music festival. In this festival we can listen different genres like pop, rock, dance, grime, hip hop and R&B. Notable acts that have performed at BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend Festival include Franz Ferdinand, David Guetta, Foo Fighters, Muse, Rihanna, Arctic Monkeys, Vampire Weekend, You Me At Six, Thirty Seconds To Mars, Bruno Mars, Panic! at the Disco, My Chemical Romance, Sean Paul, Ed Sheeran, Nicki Minaj, Bring Me the Horizon, Coldplay and others.

Woah, actually this topic is very important to a lot of people, so now, for me is so hard to choose one and explain it, but i try to do it. Crush Power Music is the festival that i choose because the groups are one of my favorites artists, this festival takes place in diferents places in Santiago, Chile, the genres, rock, pop, pachanga for example. Some artists are Chancho en Piedra, Chico Trujillo, Los Autenticos Decadentes, La Sonora de Tomy Rey, and others. the tickets are between $4000 up to $16000, is price that is no expensive, is acceptable.

from my point of view, the best festival it's mysteryland. Mysteryland is a festival which is realized in 3 countries; Haarlemmermeer (Holland), Picarquin (Chile) and in Bethel woods (New York). We can listen to electronic music, dance music and dancehall. Mysteryland is something expensive; the tickets vary between 35.000 and 300.000 pesos. from my point of view one of the best festivals is the Vive latino it develops around Latin America. This festival was created in 1998 to now having a great reception by the public, begin as a rock festival and as time has gone varying styles of music and artists where they have consolidated and emerging artists.
