Hi teacher, I think one of the most important Chilean characters was Gabriela Mistral. She was born on April 7, 1889 in vicuña, died on January 10, 1957 in New York. She was poet, teacher and writer. She was the first to win the Nobel Prize in Chile.I argue that it was a revolutionary person, with high ideals, beautifull poems, and from what I heard, surely a great teacher too.
